7 Days Wellness Challenge

Day 1: Morning Movement
Start your challenge with a 20-minute morning walk or light yoga session. Movement boosts circulation and sets the tone for your day. Focus on your breath and allow your mind to awaken gently.
Day 2: Hydration & Mindfulness
Begin your day with a full glass of water and 10 minutes of mindfulness or journaling. Reflect on your wellness goals and how you're feeling emotionally and physically.
Day 3: Clean Eating Challenge
Eat clean today! Focus on whole foods—fruits, veggies, lean protein, and healthy fats. Avoid processed snacks and sugar. Try prepping your meals and enjoy the energy boost!
Day 4: Digital Detox Evening
Turn off screens an hour before bed. Replace screen time with reading, journaling, or meditation. This helps improve sleep quality and mental clarity.
Day 5: Strength & Stretch
Do a 30-minute bodyweight workout (squats, lunges, pushups) followed by a 10-minute stretch. Strength training improves metabolism and posture.
Day 6: Gratitude & Giving
Write down 5 things you're grateful for. Then, do one kind gesture for someone else. Wellness isn’t just physical—it’s emotional and spiritual, too.
Day 7: Reflect & Plan Ahead
Reflect on your 7-day journey. What made you feel better? What will you continue? Set 1-2 simple weekly wellness goals to carry forward.
