Thank you for choosing KingsFit Wellness. We value your trust and are committed to ensuring a transparent and fair refund process for all our customers and participants.

1. Digital Products

All digital downloads, such as eBooks, wellness plans, and guides, are non-refundable once delivered. Because these items are instantly accessible, we cannot issue refunds after purchase.

If you experience issues with accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact us at kingsfitwellness@gmail.com — we’ll make sure you receive your order.

2. Coaching Programs & Online Consultations

  • Refunds for coaching sessions are available only if requested before the program start date.
  • Once coaching sessions, materials, or resources have been delivered, refunds are not guaranteed.
  • If KingsFit Wellness must cancel a session or program, clients will receive a full refund or credit toward a future program.

3. Donations & Contributions

Donations made through platforms such as PayPal, Buy Me a Coffee, or Flutterwave are considered voluntary and are non-refundable. These funds go directly toward maintaining our wellness resources and community support programs.

4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe you were charged in error or made a duplicate payment, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your case and issue a correction or refund if applicable.

5. Subscription or Recurring Payments

Some KingsFit Wellness programs or plans may involve recurring payments through platforms like Systeme.io. You may cancel future renewals at any time before your next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods already billed.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a payment issue, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Email used for the purchase
  • Transaction ID or receipt
  • Reason for the refund request
